Refund Policy

Digital products

Our products are digital files delivered instantly, so we can't take them back once they've been downloaded. Please check the live preview, screenshots and description before buying.

When you can get a refund

• You haven't downloaded the product, and you ask within 14 days of purchase.
• The file is faulty or doesn't match the description, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice for the same item.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Pro or Agency anytime from My account and you won't be charged again. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time or for periods in which you downloaded products.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive in 5–10 days.

Abuse

We may decline refunds when an account has a pattern of buying, downloading and asking for refunds.
