These terms apply when you use heyyali.store, create an account, buy a product or subscribe to a plan. By using the site you agree to them. How you may use the files is covered by our License.
You need an account to download products and copy prompts. Keep your login details safe and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Products are digital and delivered as downloads in your account right after payment.
Pro and Agency plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from My account; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We may change plan prices for future billing periods and will tell you before a change applies to you.
Each plan has daily limits: Free 3 free prompt copies; Pro 5 product downloads and 50 prompt copies; Agency 10 product downloads and 100 prompt copies. Limits reset at midnight. Automated downloading, scraping or sharing accounts isn't allowed.
If we see abuse, such as account sharing, mass downloading or redistributing files, we may pause or close the account without a refund.
Products are provided as-is. We work hard to keep them bug-free and will help fix issues, but we aren't liable for indirect losses from using them. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Contact us.
